We are the Cork Branch of Irish Mathematics Teachers Association (IMTA).

It is operated voluntarily by Maths and Applied Mathematics Teachers for the purpose of supporting teachers and students in their maths education within the Cork area.

We welcome you to browse through our various activities by clicking on the links on the left.

Our activities include Courses for Teachers and in service, Great Value Student Revision Courses and Competitions for Students of 1st, 3rd and leaving cert Levels. We encourage research in Mathematics education and are the most active branch of Maths Teachers in Ireland with many Teachers involved in all our activities.
